High Wire Revival Sorghum Whiskey

Made by a group of Mennonites in Virginia from 100% of the lesser known grass/grain that is Sorghum. We don't see much Sorghum here in the states, but our pals in Virginia seem to know exactly what do with it whenever it washes ashore from India, China or Australia. This light delicacy is smooth, slightly sweet and full of fall character. Banana Bread, Walnuts and Gingerbread galore!
