Giffard Ginger of the Indies

Emilie Giffard was a pharmacist before he was a distiller, and he created this liqueur by Macerating ginger roots balanced by a touch of vanilla, orange flower water and coriander.  Gentle mouthfeel at first, then very quickly the spices intensify with the peppery and slightly citrusy taste of ginger.
