2023 Clos Ste. Magdeleine Bouches-du-Rhone Baume Noire

100% Vermentino.  Almost (pearl clutch) Burgundian in it's approach with a multilayered Asian nose filled with umami, algae, quince, almond skins, creme fraiche and exotic quince.  Finish goes on and on and would love to meet this wine's future self in 5 years.
