2018 Monterosso Volcano Bianco Terre Siciliane

Made from organically grown Carricante from 70 year-old vine and vinified in stainless steel. Name of the estate comes from the red, iron-rich soil of the 600 meter-high volcanic cone in Etna, soils that give the wine wonderful mineral hints.  Delicate nose of lime citrus, herb and salt. Palate is more complex and intense with a long and savory finish. 11% ABV
