2018 Brendan Stater-West Saumur Les Chapaudaises

In the words of Borat: whawha wheewha, this is nice.  Almost like a grand cru Chablis if didn't know better with an insane nose of decaying earth and mineral elements plus hazelnut, baking spice, honeysuckle and Caribbean fruit bomb.  Edgy and salineified (yes,I made up this word) with a long finish; age well!
