100% Garganega from a minimum of 60-year-old vines planted to volcanic soil. Following strict selection of 100% hand-harvested fruit. Made in a "Sur Lie" style, the wine remains on the lees for about six months. This is fresh, crisp wine, easy to drink but with good structure and character. Take it to party or a nice dinner, it can work both ways.
