2019 Adegas Guímaro Ribeira Sacra Blanco

This is 100% Godello is grown on slate and granite soil. Fermentation is done with native yeasts and ageing is in used barrels.  This vivacious white has notes of citrus and stone fruit and it finishes a refreshing acidity and rich mouthfeel.  Perfect with a summer lobster roll.

JS:93 – Flintier, tropical fruit character with grilled-peach and mango aromas. The palate has a very fresh, fine and flinty edge. Long and succulent with fresh acidity. Drink now.
