2016 Roessler Wine Cellars Big Bend Chardonnay

New producer we have not heard of before but glad they came knocking at our door and needing a home. Very Chablis like/Burgundian Cali style with ripe, puckery acid; exotic fruit notes and fresh, zippy minerality with a Californian punch at the end of the day. This wine should do well here!
