100% Chard, fermented in wood where the malolactic fermentation also occurs; the “elevage” is in “demi-muid” (500 – 600 liter barrels); spending a minimum of two years in barrel before being bottled. Full bodied with layers of honey, melon; fine and persistent flavors up and down the spectrum and a great intro to Jura white wine.
