2018 Heidi Schrock Furmint

Furmint is a Hungarian varietal that shows up most famously as the principal grape in Tokaji dessert wines. This one is not only NOT a dessert wine but it's also NOT from Hungary. An Austrian woman winemaker produces this white and it's as dry as dry can be. It's a little weird and quite exotic and should be tried once in your life. Would really elevate that bratwurst of yours...big boy...
