2019 Girasole Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Mendocino

Classic varietal aromas and flavors spill out of this medium-bodied wine: black cherry, black olive and a hint of bell pepper. The texture is very smooth despite the welcome grip of light tannins. This wine illustrates that the grape doesn’t fall far from the vine. Cabernet Franc being one of Cab Sauv’s parent grapes. Grab a burger dripping with melted Swiss and grilled onions and a glass.
