VINEYARD: Grapes are source from the eastern portion of the Petaluma Gap, right in the heart of the windy corridor.
FERMENTATION: Native yeasts, 20% Whole Cluster, unfined and unfiltered.
AGING: 15% New French Oak, remainder is neutral.
