2023 Quinta de Soalheiro Granit Alvarinho

Hyper focused and minerally expressive. Delicious grapefruit with hints of pineapple. Refreshing on its own but any simple dish highlighting the use of olive oil would put this wine in proper context. Bacalao with dill and capers. The wine’s initial attack is palate cleansing, mid-palate is open and generous, the finish perfectly persistent. A super summer wine at a cost conscious price point.
