30% Grüner Veltliner, 60% Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc), 5% Muskateller, 5% Welschriesling. Chalky, yeasty and oxidative with notes of lemon and white pepper. Biodynamically farmed, aged in neutral oak and given a few days of skin contact.
