2022 Chateau de Beru Ariane

A"Vin de France" (VDF) made from a blend of Chard, Pinot and Aligoté vines co-planted and harvested together from a single parcel at the top of a hill. This unique, natural wine undergoes a short, whole-cluster maceration for a few hours, creating a unique texture between an orange wine and a rosé. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with low-sulfur, it's known for its fruit and floral notes, crisp finish, and balance.
