Hand-harvested in small boxes, pressed in pneumatic press with only the best quality juice kept. Consistent 20°c fermentation. In January, the Crémant is bottled and aged for 12 months. Exhibits extremely fine bubbles in the glass with immediate aromas of fresh fruits followed by brioche, and excellent freshness in finish. Best to appreciate as an aperitif or with dessert. Winner of the Médaille d’Or au Concours des Vins du Jura 2008.
