2021 Fanny Sabre Bourgogne Blanc

This wine is very fresh and the oak is so well integrated, you simply don't know it's there. Fanny was trained under the natural wine guru Philippe Pacalet. The domaine is located in Pommard and is just 4.5 hectares in size, producing a range of wines in small quantities that are snapped up by the natural wine bars proliferating in Paris and New York.
