NV Terres Dorees Sparkling Rose FRV 100

FRV 100 is a play on words with every conceivable variation of these letters printed out. Sexy, vibrant and fun would be my 3 words to best describe this. This is sparkling Gamay made from one of the better producers in this region who has property up and down the Beaujolais villages. Grapes are fermented in chilled vats until the alcohol reaches about 6% and after a light filtration, the wine is bottled and continues fermenting with the remaining yeasts, stopping at about 8%. On the nose there is a beautiful and fresh bouquet of cherry, strawberry, orange zest and cranberry, Quenching and crisp with a touch of sweetness. So much fun!
