2022 Fabien Jouves Haute Côt(E) De Fruit Cahors Malbec

Fabien Jouves is a winemaker in the Cahors region of Southwest France. His wines are natural with minimal intervention  and he currently very high on the list with Paris Sommeliers. The vineyards are farmed biodynamically and the harvest is manual.  This wine is all about the red fruit and a silky palate. It is cheerful and bright.
