Valdespino Fino Inocente

One of the last sherries to be fermented in 600-liter American oak boats and unlike most Finos, grapes are exclusively from the high part of the Macharnudo vineyard, so essentially a single-vineyard Fino. Lots of chalky essence on the nose with almost Chardonnay like qualities peeping out.
