Peak Whisky is a handcrafted blend born from pure Japanese spring water, grain and imported malt. The distillery, Gyokusendo Shuzo of Gifu, uses their own barrels (in this case sherry casks) to age the whisky. This is a light, easy-drinking Japanese whisky that is extremely smooth and filled with flavors of heather honey, malt, and a hint of citrus and banana.
