2023 Baptiste Cousin Dynamitage

Clean but unmanipulated Gamay wine from Anjou. Made by Olivier Cousin’s son, Baptiste. Mostly raspberries and tart cherries with touches of blueberry. The tannins are dusty like fine tea. Moderate acidity, low alcohol, unsulfured. Starts a little earthy and finishing subtly spicy.
