2021 Domaine du Mortier VDF Les Vignes Brain De Folie Blanc

100% Chenin from experimental biodynamic vineyards planted by the Boisard brothers.  The wine itself certainly falls under “natural” wine. There is nothing strange about it, The aromas are clean and slightly smoky, the flavors are like fresh quince with a noticeable creamy texture many good Chenins display. Pan roasted chicken thighs with creamy dijon sauce and haricot vert tossed in lemon vinaigrette.
