Such an amazing wine, I wish more people knew of it, or actually, no, let's keep it exclusive. There is this weird iris and tulip scent that has a lemon oil concentration mixed with this elusive yet potent minerality singing from the glass. The floral element is so pervasive on the palate, it's like an abusive mother rang out a child's curse filled mouth with floral soap, if the floral soap was delicious and tasted like Lucky Charms. Shame on you mom!

From Thierry Theise: "Here is an extremely scintillating and electric dry riesling with a good bit of bottle age. It's got that "fossil fuel" aromatic that developes in time with whites from the Mosel. The acidity and minerality are intertwined to such a degree that the mouthfeel is perfectly seemless and elegant. At 11.5% ABV, it's not bone dry but pretty close. You could throw some richness at this one and be happy as a clam. Hey...wait a minute! Baked clam, by gum!"
