This blend was first produced to compliment the "umami" of the rich pork and fish broths of their neighborhood ramen joint. The blend of 70% 7-year corn whiskey and 30% young rye is steeped in Lapsang Souchong tea, giving it a distinct umami character with a smoky finish.
