 Made entirely from rice and is aged for three years in a combination of American- French- and Spanish ex-sherry-oak. The mix of oak on Kikori imparts only a pale straw hue, and this restrained application of wood allows the delicate aromas of the spirit to shine through.  It has fragrant floral notes along with melon, almond, wood spice and light flavors of pear and vanilla,
