2022 Los Bermejos Listan Negro Maceracion Carbonica

Same Listan Negro as the one above but carbonic macerated (CO2 spritz in the maceration process) which is trendy but these guys are pioneers and it shows a huge difference.  Similar flavors with more freshness and bright acid.  Meant to be drank young with a slight chill.
