Varnelli Amaro dell'Erborista

This “Bitter Queen” is probably the most revered on the market. It is produced in the Marche region of Italy from rhubarb, dried orange peel, cloves, gentian root and several other botanicals with resulting intense aromas.  It is cloudy since it is bottled unfiltered.
