2025 Peyrassol Les Templiers

 a classic Provence rosé from Côtes de Provence, produced at the historic Commanderie de Peyrassol in the Var. The 2025 is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, from organically farmed vineyards on the estate.
