2025 Itata Ungrafted

 a fresh, characterful red from Guarilihue in Chile's Itata Valley, made from old, ungrafted Cinsault vines. The vineyard is dry-farmed on slopes of ancient granite soils, with a maritime climate and traditional, manual vineyard work.
