2021 Zanotelli Kerner

Kerner is a cross of Riesling and red Vernatsch varieties, developed in 1929, Weinsberg, Germany. In this case, given the wide temperature ranges of the Cembra Valley, the wine has strong aromatic qualities. With peach, tropical, and citrus notes; wonderful minerality, and acidity; it's an off the beaten path wine that has to be experienced to fully appreciate.
