2022 Le Pas St. Martin La Pierre Frite Saumur Blanc

 Made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes grown in the siliceous-limestone soils of Saumur. The wine goes through a natural settling (debourbage) which concentrates the flavors and enriches the wine through extended contact with the lees.
