Golden in the glass. Clear. Nose of tart apple and pear. Not overly aromatic. Some buttered popcorn, caramel, but not strongly oaked. White Floral notes and maybe some peach. Palate is bigger than expected with distinct ripe almost cooked fruit. Medium plus body. Acid is round and well balanced. Finish is dry and lingers nicely with juicy acid.
