Cabernet Sauv from the Loire valley.  But don't let the name fool you; this is as much Cab Sauv as Westchester is upstate NY.  Hence the "red nose!"  What you get are the quintessential red fruit, high acid perkiness of most Loire reds with less herbal bomb and more broadness.
