2017 Thierry Germain Saumur Blanc "Terres"
I said it: better than Clos Rougard's Breze. Yes, I went there. One of the finest Saumur blancs I've ever had. 100% Chenin; fermentation and macération with skins for 8 months in 400L Italian amphora and aged for 12 months in barrel. This will age for 30 years and then some. I can't imagine what this will be like.
