2017 Cauzon Iradei Granada Red
Native yeast fermentations, no filtering or fining at any time and no additives of any kind, not even sulfur. Iradei comes from his ungrafted vines and is a blend Tempranillo, Cabernet, Merlot, and Syrah aged in used french and hungarian oak for about 7 months.
