2019 Ruth Lewandowski Boaz

A blend of 81% Carignan, 11% Grenache and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, whole cluster co-fermented. ZERO sulphur added, rendering the bouquet of violets, wet earth and blackberry especially pungent and assertive. Palate is vibrant and long, with a spicy background that is focused yet energetic.
