2021 Les Granges Paquenesses Côtes du Jura Savagnin Ouillé La Pierre Renaissance

My favorite producer in the beautiful region of Jura right now. Loreline Laborde is an amazing young talented female winemaker that started making in Jura in 2010, with only 2 ha of vines. This wine showcases the richness of Savagnin, been fruit and mineral driven, ouille (topped up, no oxidation). The palate is has a lot of texture, its full bodied but well balanced. It is a MUST TRY wine, if you like wines from Jura or the french Alpes.
