2020 Jean & Sebastien Dauvissat Chablis 1er Cru Montmains

BH 90-92: Elegant and cool aromas include those of lemon, green fruit, pepper and wisps of iodine. The lush, round and generously proportioned flavors are supported by bright acidity on the saline and citrus-tinged, dry and sneaky long finale. This moderately dry effort could use better depth, but more should develop with time in bottle.
