One of the more complex Pet Nats we've come across.  A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris, which encompasses the diverse taste notes of both grapes including, rhubarb, quince, pear, and star fruit. Biodynamic and earthy, with mouthwatering acidity. A Pet Nat lovers dream!
