2015 Leon Barral Vin de France Blanc

Recovering vines high in the hills of Faugeres, Didier co-ferments old vine 80% Terret Blanc and Gris, 10% Viognier, 10% Roussane. A touch of skin contact, just enough to elicit tropical flavors of mango and pineapple to pair with the wild garrigue and sunshine of Frances southern hills.
