Fruitful, complex and dry - the perfect sparkling rose with food and on its own. 64% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay, the finished blend is aged on the yeast in the bottle for about two years, just enough to get the effervescence and toastiness without diminishing its vibrancy.
