Pet Nat

Petillant Naturel or 'Pet Nat' is a style of sparkling wine that is bottled before its initial fermentation is complete. Rather than 'Methode Champenoise' the path taken here is 'Methode Ancestrale'. It's one of the easiest and oldest way to capture freshness in a semi-sparkling wine, and most are made organically with minimal human intervention.
