2021 Fabien Jouves Amphore Malbec

Their top level known simply as "Amphore;" to connote the amphora cask of that this wine is aged in for 6 months.  On the nose, there is Malbec flavors with some plum and cassis.  50 year old vines give way to a mesmerizing bouquet of everything holy. The most interesting thing is how it translates to the body as the acid lends gorgeously to the earthy fruit and earth elements. Burgundy like with streaking ethereal acid and ballerina like palate consistency.
