NV Los Bermejos Malvasia Dulce

One of my favorite dessert wines.  Solera aged Malvasia.  Perfect ending.  Sappy, spicy orange marmalade, but in the most pleasant way! The classic salt characteristic of the Canaries pairs phenomenally with funky sheep’s or goat’s cheese.
