2023 David Trousselle Hautes Cotes de Beaune

This chardonnay has a distinctively classic Burgundian nose with green apple, hints of white flowers and freshly buttered toast. It's crisp and clean on the palate with a nice mineral edge revealing lovely flavors of pear compote, vanilla bean, crushed stones and zippy acidity.
