2024 Patrick Piuze Chablis “Terroir de Chablis”

From two parcels, both north-facing, very near to 1er Cru Montmains. Fresh and rich on the palate with an herbal finish. Fermented and aged two-thirds in neutral barrels and one-third in tank.
