Organically sourced fruit, stainless steel fermented, and finished in old oak for 10 months, allowing for the fresh tropical fruit notes to peak out from behind a balanced layer of vanilla and maple. Tasty, layered chard that doesn’t need to conceal itself behind too much oak.
