Or as we call it, the Flamingo wine!! Pia is a lover of all things pink, as such the strehn winery is always producing different cuvees of Rose from their various plantings of blaufrankish. Thankfully this Blaufrankish Brut Rose is here to stay! Made from 35 y/o vines of blaufrankish and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel. It is a proper brut in all its nature, with second fermentation taking place in bottle. This wine has everything, a potent bubble, fantastic deeper riper strawberry fruit tones, a savory backend and a robust texture to allow it to hang with the spiciest of dishes.
