This wine comes from the Minervois region of Languedoc Roussillon. It’s 60% Syrah, 40% Mouvedre, and all fresh deliciousness. Silky smooth blackberries with black pepper spice and not nearly as dense as the blend would suggest. Now go and get yourself a big plate of dry rubbed ribs.
